The Board of Directors of The Kuskokwim Corporation (TKC) is seeking nominations for awards that recognize
TKC Shareholder and community members that have made significant contributions to the health, education,
and welfare of our communities and our people. This is your opportunity to show hardworking, dedicated
and committed Shareholders (and non-shareholders) how much they are appreciated. If you know of any
individual deserving of this type of recognition, please nominate them. Awards will be presented during the
Annual Meeting of Shareholders, June 6, 2026. The three awards are listed below.

TKC ELDER AWARD
This award recognizes a TKC Shareholder who has long stewarded and guided our people, our culture and our region.

TKC ULUAQ AWARD
This award recognizes a Shareholder who exemplifies the values of the Middle Kuskokwim, such as learning and sharing, health and wellbeing, and culture bearing.

TKC COMMUNITY CONTRIBUTION AWARD
This award recognizes a Shareholder, or non-shareholder, who demonstrates a commitmentand contribution to TKC Shareholders, our region, or broader community.

If you would like to nominate someone for an award, please fill out the nomination form introducing your nominee and provide an explanation of why this individual should be recognized. The TKC Board of Directors will need to have the full profile when making their decision. Please nominate one person per category per form. The Board of Directors will meet to select the individuals to receive these awards prior to the Annual Meeting of Shareholders.

All nominations must arrive in TKC’s office no later than 5 p.m. on Wednesday, May 14, 2026.
