INGREDIENTS:
- 1 lb Moose meat steak, thinly sliced
- ¾ cup cornstarch
- ¾ cup soy sauce
- ½ cup water
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- Sliced white onions (optional)
- Sliced green onions (optional)
- Sesame seeds, to taste (optional)
INstructions:
1. Cut up moose meat steak into thin slices
2. Place sliced moose meat into 1 gallon Ziplock bag
3. Add ¾ cup cornstarch to Ziplock bag, close bag and mix well
4. Mix soy sauce, water, and brown sugar in a small bowl or cup
5. Heat sauce mix in a pan, simmer for 10 minutes or until it thickens
6. Heat 2 tbsp of sesame oil in a separate, large pan
7. Add moose meat into pan in one layer and fry until cooked through
8. Add sauce to moose meat
9. Mix in white onions and green onions, cook to desired softness
10. Serve over rice or noodles, garnish with sesame seeds
