It is a priority of the Kuskokwim Corporation (TKC) to increase Shareholder hire. Our motto is “cutting a path to a brighter future.” To increase Shareholder employment at TKC and to help our Shareholders choose a path to success that is right for them, we have partnered with Alaska’s People at the Cook Inlet Tribal Council to create an improved online TKC Talent Bank using alaskanativehire.com.
Our Talent Bank is an online database using AlaskaNativeHire.com that allows TKC Shareholders and Descendants to create professional profiles that highlight resumes, skills, and work interests. When a job position becomes available at TKC, our recruitment team can view talent bank profiles for qualified candidates.
When a TKC Shareholder or Descendent creates a profile on AlaskaNativeHire.com and joins our Talent Bank, they are not only entering a pool to potentially become a future TKC employee, they are also connected to other employment opportunities across the state they may qualify for or be interested in.
