How do I change my address?
  • Complete the our Change of Address Form located on our Shareholder Forms page, or pick up a paper form in-person from either our Anchorage or Aniak offices. Send your completed forms to us via email, fax, or mail.
  • Updates to your address and other personal information can also be made via the Shareholder Portal at MyTKC.com.
  • Sending us a copy of any of the following documents is also acceptable:
    • Calista Corporation change of address form
    • U.S. Post Office change of address form or postcard
    • Any handwritten signed and dated note, form or letter from the shareholder stating the new address

If the Shareholder is also a parent or legal guardian (also referred to as custodian), please list each of ward (child you are responsible for) under 18 so an address change may be made for them as well.

Please note, each individual Shareholder over the age of 18 must provide the change of address form in writing with their written signature consent. For example, a husband and wife must both sign the change of address form, or they must fill one out separately. Parents cannot sign these documents for their Shareholder children after they have turned 18.

Who can be a member of TKC’s Board of Directors?

There are four board seats up for election each year. These are At-Large seats, meaning there are no residency requirements for Board Members. Each seat has a three-year term of office. There are no designated seats for Class A or Class B, as all seats are open to any shareholder.

Any shareholder, Class A or Class B, who is eligible and who wishes to run as a candidate for any seat on the Board of Directors of The Kuskokwim Corporation at the Annual Meeting of Shareholders, must complete and return a nominating petition and questionnaire form to the Anchorage office. Nominating petitions and questionnaires are included with our Annual Meeting materials that are delivered by mail. They can also be sent by request.

Where do our shareholders live?

TKC Shareholders live all over the world. More than half of our Shareholders live outside of TKC’s 10 villages. The remaining Shareholders live within our 10 villages.
